Always blaming someone else
Recently upgraded my machine to Yosemite. And now Blotter keeps stalling on a daily basis. Have to keep quitting it and restarting it. Contacted customer support and they basically said, we don’t know what the problem is, so it must be Apple’s fault. Even if it’s true, it’s not helpful. And since Calendar etc are working fine, I’m skeptical anyways.
I wish the tech support of this company was as good as this program concept. I’ve used this program for years. It serves a vital function. This is the second time I’ve needed technical support, and in both cases the company was unhelpful. Too bad there isn’t a different company with a similar app. I’d switch in a heartbeat.
